Ryde Safety Campaign

The City of Ryde Safety Campaign* was designed to raise awareness of safety in public spaces. The campaign we proposed was a simplified graphic style that could be easily translated into Chinese and Korean.

The campaign roll-out included street advertising, mall advertising, coasters and mini cards that were distributed through libraries and community centres. It also included permanent metal signage in municipal carparks.

  • Campaign slogan and concept
  • Signage + various poster designs
  • Pocket contact card
  • Coasters for eating outlets

Ryde School Safety Banners

As a part of the City of Ryde school safety campaign* banners were branded and designed to appear at pickup zones, crossings, bus zones and other high traffic areas around local schools.

Iconic imagery borrowed from typical road signs, dynamic design and impactful colours were applied to eye catching, visually communicative banners.

Produced by the Australian Centre for Photography, Photofile Magazine* is Australia’s only photographic art magazine.

Begun as a small community newspaper in 1983 and most recently seen as a large-format magazine, Photofile has grown to reflect the shifting forms and contexts of photography. Exquisitely designed and employing all that is excellent in writing, editing and production, Photofile imaginatively ponders photography’s past, present and future in ways that will surprise, stimulate and illuminate.

Mrs Carey’s Concert

The highly acclaimed Australian documentary, Mrs Carey’s Concert* required development of all promotional materials. Key art images, posters, flyers and press adverts were created, as well as the design of the pre-launch and subsequent ecommerce websites.

The highly anticipated film created so much interest that when it was reviewed on ABC’s The Movie Show the subsequent spike in traffic to the website took the site down temporarily. Mrs Carey’s Concert was the opening film at the Adelaide Film Festival and went on to win numerous awards including AACTA Award for Best Feature Length Documentary, AACTA Award for Best Direction in a Documentary.
